CHICAGO – TORONTO

Embark from Chicago to Orchard Lake’s Sts. Cyril and Methodius Seminary, spanning 463 km. Pause en route for a meal. Explore the historic seminary founded in 1885 by Father Dąbrowski, the first of its kind in Michigan and the U.S., catering to seminarians from abroad, notably Poland.

Partake in Holy Mass at the Polonian Shrine of Our Lady in Orchard Lake. Cross into Canada and head to Toronto.

Dine and rest in Toronto, ready to embrace the spiritual and cultural experiences ahead. Join us on this enriching journey of faith and discovery.

TORONTO

After breakfast, let’s delve into the vibrant heartbeat of Canada’s largest city – Toronto. It’s not just a financial hub but a lush green oasis with parks dotting its urban landscape, making it one of the greenest cities globally.

Our adventure begins with a visit to the iconic CN Tower (553 m- 1,815.3 ft), promising awe-inspiring views of the city. We’ll then journey to the Rogers Centre (SkyDome), meander through the bustling business district, and pass by iconic landmarks like Parliament, Queen’s Park, City Hall, and the University.

Our next destination is Mississauga, where we explore the charming village of Port Credit nestled along Lake Ontario’s shores. Dating back to 1720, this quaint area boasts stunning architecture, serene parks, and a picturesque lakeside marina. We attend Holy Mass at the Church of St. Maximilian Kolbe, the world’s largest Polish parish, and explore St. Eugene and Our Lady of Ludźmierz Church in Brampton.

Finally, we return to Toronto for a hearty dinner and a restful night, ready to embrace the wonders that lie ahead.

MIDLAND

After breakfast, we visit the Martyrs’ Shrine and then head to Midland, a charming city on the Georgian Bay. There, we explore the Canadian Martyrs’ Shrine and attend Mass for our group. Afterward, we learn about the Jesuit Saints and their sacrifices before visiting the mission and Huron village. We wrap up with stories aboard the SS Keewatian.

Let’s cherish these experiences as we return to the hotel, carrying the inspiration of faith and history with us.

MONTREAL

After breakfast, we drive from Toronto to Montreal (approximately 545 km), located in the province of Quebec. It’s the largest province in Canada and the largest French-speaking territory. The area where the majority of the population has retained the language and culture inherited from French ancestors. For those interested, there’s an hour-long boat cruise on the St. Lawrence River in the Thousand Islands Park area (approximately $30/person).

We check into our hotel in Montreal for the night.

MONTREAL-QUEBEC CITY

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before we set out to explore Montreal’s treasures. We wander through Old Montreal, soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Jacques-Cartier Square, and admire the grandeur of Notre-Dame Basilica. Don’t miss the lush greenery and charming promenades of Mount Royal, as well as the bustling commercial districts. Along the way, we catch glimpses of iconic landmarks like the Olympic Stadium, the University, and the Basilica of St. Joseph. Join us for a deeply moving Mass at the Oratory of St. Joseph.

Afterward, we journey to Quebec City, with a delightful stop at a maple syrup production site. As we settle in for the night in Quebec City, let’s look forward to the adventures awaiting us in this historic and enchanting city.

QUEBEC CITY

Explore this UNESCO World Heritage site, where history intertwines with modernity in charming cobblestone streets and trendy districts. Experience the old city’s timeless beauty at Place Royale, the Citadel, and the iconic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac.

Attend Holy Mass at the serene Sanctuary of Sainte Anne de Beaupre and take in breathtaking views from Montmorency Falls. For the adventurous, don’t miss the exhilarating Air Canyon ride over Sainte Anne Canyon.

Stop by the charming town of Niagara-On-The-Lake for some leisure time to snap photos and pick up souvenirs. Then, it’s off to Niagara Falls, USA, for more adventures. Get ready for an unforgettable experience!

After breakfast, prepare for an unforgettable day at Niagara Falls. Experience the awe-inspiring views from a special platform before boarding the iconic “Maid of the Mist” boat for a thrilling ride beneath the falls.
